A Prefeitura de Resende, através da Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda, alerta para o vencimento do pagamento do ISS Fixo (Imposto Sobre Serviços) 2025 para profissionais autônomos em cota única. Os contribuintes têm até o dia 10 de julho para quitar. Os contribuintes do município também podem optar pelo pagamento do tributo parcelado em três vezes, sendo o dia 10 também o vencimento da primeira parcela. A Divisão de Fiscalização Tributária da prefeitura é o setor de referência para o tributo.
De acordo com a Secretaria Municipal de Fazenda, os carnês podem ser acessados no site oficial da Prefeitura de Resende (www.resende.rj.gov.br), seguindo o seguinte caminho: na área de “Carta de Serviços”, clicar em “ISS Autônomo”. Na etapa seguinte, você seleciona o estado do Rio de Janeiro e, abaixo, a Prefeitura de Resende. Por fim, serão solicitadas as informações pessoais para acessar o carnê na área “Consultar”.
Para quem optar pelo pagamento à vista, a data de vencimento é no dia 10 de julho. Já o tributo pago em três prestações terá as datas de vencimento nos dias 10 de julho,11 de agosto e 10 de setembro. O valor do tributo tem como base a UFM (Unidade Fiscal do Município). No caso dos profissionais de nível superior (dentistas, médicos e engenheiros, por exemplo), o ISS fixo é no valor de oito UFM’s. Já os de nível médio, como os técnicos, por exemplo, o valor do ISS são três UFM’s.
– É importante que os profissionais fiquem atentos ao prazo de vencimento para manter o ISS em dia e permaneçam regularizados. Há duas possibilidades de pagamento, com o valor à vista e parcelado em três vezes. Vale lembrar que a arrecadação do tributo cumpre um papel crucial no município e é responsável por fomentar a manutenção de serviços municipais, como melhorias em saúde, escolas, iluminação pública, infraestrutura, entre outros – ressaltou o secretário Pedro Augusto do Valle Barbosa.
O ISS é estabelecido a partir de 01 de agosto de 2003, pela Lei complementar 116/2003. Tem como fato gerador a relação de serviços contida na Lei n.º11.438/1997.
