A cidade de Pinheiral deu um passo importante na defesa dos direitos do consumidor com a inauguração de uma nova unidade do Procon (Programa de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor). O órgão passa a funcionar no recém-inaugurado Centro de Atendimento ao Cidadão (CAC), localizado no bairro São Jorge.
Integrada a um espaço moderno e multifuncional, a nova sede do Procon concentra diversos serviços públicos em um único local, promovendo mais comodidade, agilidade e eficiência no atendimento à população.
Serviços disponíveis no CAC
Além do Procon, o CAC oferece:
- JARI (Junta Administrativa de Recursos de Infrações);
- Emissão de documentos pela Fundação Leão XIII;
- Atendimentos do INSS, como perícia, aposentadoria e BPC/LOAS;
- CadÚnico, com serviços de desbloqueio do Bolsa Família e atualização cadastral unipessoal;
- Junta Militar e Ouvidoria do Município, fortalecendo o acesso da população aos seus direitos.
Todos os atendimentos são gratuitos, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h.
Inauguração oficial
A cerimônia de inauguração contou com a presença de diversas autoridades, incluindo o vice-prefeito Jailson Rodrigues, secretários municipais e os vereadores Charles Santos (Charlinho), Jordácio Elias Mendonça e Ronilton Assis (Ronilton do Cruzeiro). Eles celebraram a chegada do Procon como um marco na defesa dos consumidores locais.
Avanço para o município
Para o prefeito Luciano Muniz, a nova unidade representa um avanço essencial:
“O Procon chega para garantir que a população possa exigir seus direitos de forma oficial, com profissionais capacitados, e com um atendimento que vai muito além das reclamações nas redes sociais. Temos que buscar os canais corretos para resolver conflitos e proteger o consumidor.”
