O Centro Universitário de Volta Redonda (UniFOA) abriu o Processo Seletivo de Medicina 2026, que, além da utilização das notas do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM) referentes aos anos de 2016 a 2024, traz como novidade o retorno da modalidade presencial de provas.
A iniciativa amplia as formas de ingresso e reforça o compromisso da instituição em oferecer mais oportunidades de acesso a um dos cursos mais concorridos da região. Ao todo, serão disponibilizadas 120 vagas, sendo 60 para o primeiro semestre de 2026 (30 via Enem e 30 pela prova presencial) e 60 para o segundo semestre de 2026 (todas destinadas ao vestibular).
A prova presencial será aplicada no dia 19 de outubro de 2025 (domingo), das 9h às 13h30, no Campus Universitário Olezio Galotti em Três Poços, Volta Redonda. O exame será composto por redação, de caráter eliminatório, valendo 40 pontos, e prova objetiva com 60 questões de múltipla escolha, totalizando 60 pontos, abrangendo conteúdos básicos do Ensino Médio nas seguintes áreas: Linguagens, incluindo Língua Estrangeira (Inglês ou Espanhol); Matemática; Ciências da Natureza; Ciências Humanas.
A realização e operacionalização do processo ficará sob responsabilidade da Econrio – Empresa de Concursos do Rio de Janeiro, garantindo a lisura e organização de todas as etapas.
As inscrições deverão ser feitas pelo link econ.rio.br/unifoa. O prazo para candidatos que optarem pelo ENEM vai até 26 de setembro de 2025, enquanto aqueles que concorrerem pelo vestibular/provas terão até o dia 13 de outubro de 2025 para se inscrever.
Segundo a instituição, o retorno das provas presenciais atende à demanda de candidatos que preferem a avaliação tradicional, fortalecendo a diversidade de formatos de ingresso e ampliando a competitividade do processo.
